Serve all customers and employees of Farmers Bank in a helpful and friendly manner while exhibiting professionalism and competence. Responsible for processing account transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various account and financial services; cross selling the Bank's products and services; opening, closing and maintaining all types of accounts; and promoting business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations with new and existing customers. Supervise the activities of the retail branch employees.
- Serve customers of Farmers Bank with all customer service transactions and requests;
- Cross-train all branch job duties in order to assist the overall operation as needed;
- Assist with the supervision of the work of the branch employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures;
- Ensure excellent customer service including the resolution of customer and employee complaints;
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to attain branch goals; and
- Assist with compliance with employment laws, safety, and security.
- Customer focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to maintain composure and show patience with difficult people and situations
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage risk by identifying threats associated with business tasks and potential violations of policies and regulations.
- Comfortable with technology and skills to effectively operate automated systems, software and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; and
- Proven experience with front line banking;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
